Pro Natural Bodybuilder Habideen Olaniran
I was born in Springfield, IL where I was raised for the first part of my life. I played on many sports teams year round. Soccer in the morning, football in the afternoon and basketball at night. As I approached twelve years old, I was moved to the South Chicago suburb of Riverdale, IL. I attended Thornton Township High School, where I was the captain of the cross-country and track and field teams. With the success and leadership I obtained from these teams, I realized that I wanted to continue my involvement with athletics.
My career in fitness was propelled by my success with athletics in my youth. As I transitioned to college, I obtained a job as the only personal trainer at the Northern Illinois University student recreation center. I had the task of taking on clients with combinations of rheumatoid arthritis and obesity, while developing a program that was progressive and effective. Successfully completing this difficult level of training/rehabilitation, gave me the confidence I needed to move my career further along. From there, I moved to training independent and broadened my clientele base.
I compete as a Professional Natural Bodybuilder in multiple organizations. My success in competition has afforded me the opportunity to guest pose and judge multiple competitions. Making solid connections with other athletes and individuals in the fitness world has given me multiple perspectives about fitness, that I apply to my clients.
I develop my programs around my clients lives. I do not believe that a rigid program will give my clients the success they want. With my combination of background experience, certifications and good old fashioned, trial and error, I know that each client will get the best I have to offer.
