Professional fitness trainer and certified sports nutrition coach, Habideen Olaniran, uses his knowledge and experience to bring you a comprehensive program to best meet your goals. The programs are designed to be progressive, challenging, fun and most of all, get results. The programs are designed to fit your fitness level and into your busy day. A flexible approach to training and nutrition is what all fitness professionals know will last the longest, so that is the approach he takes with all of his clients.
TRAINING
One-On-One
This training is for the client that is seeking individual attention to details. This will give you my undivided attention during the training session. Direct instructions and adjustment will be made as needed. This training will prove to be intense, challenging fun, and informative.
Buddy Training
This training involved two clients under my direct supervision. This type of training allows you to go through the it with a buddy and push one another to complete it. This training allows you to get motivation from your buddy while they pull motivation from you. It is deal that the client's have the same or similar goals so the training can be designed to keep them both engaged in the same activities during the training.
Group Training
This program is the same as the buddy training above, with the exception of three total clients. It is necessary that the client's have the same or similar goals so the training can be designed to keep them engaged in the same activities during the training.
Additional Training

Programs
Circuit Training
This program involves the use of resistance weight training combined with H.I.I.T training to maximize fat burning.
- 30 minutes to 1 hour

Strength Training
This program is designed to increase your strength. This is not limited to the typical compound exercise movements. This will extend to all facets of movement and training. This program will make you stronger and increase you ability increase lean muscle mass while reducing body fat.

- Increase lean muscle mass

- Progressive program for all fitness levels
Transformation Training
This program is designed uniquely for you and combines many styles of training to reach your individual goals. This program is challenging but like all transformations, it is worthwhile. This program will require you to see it through to the very end, so it is designed to keep your interest and flexible for your lifestyle and availability.
- 12-16 week program (coaching recommended)
- Custom program for your goals
- Cardio training (if needed)
- Nutrition and supplement guidance (if needed)
- Bi-Weekly weight-in and body measurements
- Bi-Weekly progress photo updates (if wanted and may conceal face)
- Instructional videos (if needed)
- Direct access to Habideen Olaniran
- This program requires the client to be completely honest with themselves and Habideen Olaniran at all times. The client must be self motivated and able to push themselves to their limits and beyond. The client must complete each training and stay to the flexible nutrition guide. The client is required to email the weight, measurements and photographs to Habideen. It is the responsibility of the client to ask all necessary questions so progress may continue.
