This program is designed for individuals looking to increase their overall strength. This program is based in compound exercises with an emphasis on strength building. The program will have high volume exercises for hypertrophy response. This program is an A/B/C style program, meaning there are three weeks worth of training. This will allow for an array of training before the exercises are repeated. This will also allow for the program to be lengthened if needed. This program has four days of training so you can have the flexibility to add your own days of training and have plenty opportunity for recovery.
