9 Week Leg Shred is designed to strengthen, tone and shred your legs. This A/B/C, style program is meant to be added to your already existing program.
This leg training program is designed to strengthen, define and shred your legs to. This program can be used for beginners and advanced experienced persons. This is a A/B/C, style training program which means you will go through three weeks of leg exercises before repeating the first training day. This allows for the legs to be targeted through different methods and adequate time to recover. You will find a mix of compound and accessory exercises in this program. This program is meant to be incorporated into your pre-exiting training program that covers other body parts. This program is for LEGS ONLY and does not come with any additional training for other muscle groups.
